I believe that every human relationship has the power to alter our psychological patterning for the better or worse, and that a great deal of suffering results from unhealthy patterns that are imprinted in our unconscious minds from past relationships.
Our unfolding therapeutic relationship will reflect both a narrative process and also an intuitive one, deepening as we work together to develop understanding through authenticity, sharing, and trust. During emotional crises I would reach out to you by my listening and empathic responses so you feel supported. At times of greater calm I will help you deepen your self-understanding, exploring the meaning of past relationships, current events, dreams and fantasies, and the dynamics of our unfolding relationship.
